| A tornado, ranging from strengths of F3 to F5, tore a path through Charles, Calvert, 
      and  Dorchester counties in Maryland on Sunday April 28 2002.  The area 
      suffered millions of dollars of property damage and there was a loss of 
      three souls.  La Plata, MD was one of the hardest hit areas in Southern
