Cedar Lane Senior Living Community was created for those age 62+ who want to simplify their living arrangements and enjoy a low-maintenance, affordable lifestyle. A portion of our apartments are also offered to individuals under the age of 62 who are living with a disability.

Our campus features 195 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments where residents can live independently while enjoying the companionship of neighbors and a full calendar of enriching activities. With optional services including midday meals, laundry and housekeeping, you’re free to enjoy life to its fullest.  

If medication management, wellness checks or other caregiver services are needed, you are free to work with any wellness provider you choose, including Regent Healthcare, which is conveniently located on site at Cedar Lane.*  

For older adults with limited incomes, rental assistance is offered through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
