As we age life’s events can often become overwhelming, both physically and mentally. Especially during this time, it is important to take care of your mental wellness. We have collaborated with Hope & Healing Psychotherapy, LLC to bring you a Mental Health Series. Each month we will hear a presentation on a new topic. The topic for March will be “Financial Concerns”. Advance sign up and a suggested donation of $5 for each series is required. Call 301-475-4200, ext. 1075, to register beginning February 20 at 8 a.m. for the March session. Payments are due at the time of registration or within 5 business days from the time of sign up.
