Join Karen Weaver on Tuesdays and Gail Wathen on Fridays for a gentle chair assisted class to help you in your pursuit of better health. Classes will consist of seated postures that focus on opening the joints, standing postures to increase strength and flexibility, and a relaxation/meditation that will help to reduce stress.
