As we age life’s events can often become overwhelming, both mentally as well as physically. Especially during this time it’s even more important to take care of your mental wellness. We have collaborated with Hope & Healing Psychotherapy, LLC to bring you a Mental Health Series. Each month we will hear a presentation on a new topic. The topic for January will be Sandwich Generation. Advance sign up and payment of $5 for each series is required. Call 301-475-4200, ext. 1075, to register beginning December 20 at 8 a.m. for the January session. Payments are due at the time of registration or within a weeks’ time of sign up.
