This is a drop-in class—no prior registration is necessary. Limited spots available. Covid protocols strictly adhered to. Please arrive 15 minutes early for Covid screening. Masks are required before and after class and are optional during exercise. This is a low-impact dance/fitness class with modifications offered. No experience is necessary. If you like to dance, you will love this exercise in disguise. Ages 13+ Cost is $7 a class. Multi-class passes are also available for less.
