Join art instructor Ms. Ellen Duke Wilson in exploring fine arts through a variety of artistic styles. Young artists will expand their understanding of art while learning to sketch, paint, draw, weave, sculpt and more. Students will also reflect how making art can impact society in positive, impactful ways. At the end of each session, all participants will create an individualized work of art to share with family and community. For ages 7 to 17, preregistration required; $3 per child. Classes occur April, June, July and August (12PM-3PM). Materials are provided; bring a light snack. To sign up, call 301-769-2222 to reserve your child’s spot as slots fill up quickly.
