In this workshop, students will learn how to create a linoleum block printing plate and print it to make multiple note cards. Students will learn how to get different effects by inking the plate with multiple colors and overprinting the plate a second time. All supplies will be provided, but students should bring ideas and images to work from as well as a lunch. The cards will measure 5 1/2" X 8 1/2", so any sketches or images should be sized to fit within these dimensions. The charge for the workshop for Calvert Artists Guild members is $35 and for the public is $45.00.
