An Introduction to Compassionate Communication, a Question and Answer Evening will be held so you have the information needed to sign up for this course, starting on Monday evenings on February 19th.
How to have more meaningful, more satisfying relationships with yourself and others . . .
Who doesn’t want that?!
The strategy I have been using to experience this has been by learning, practicing and integrating Compassionate Communication, AKA Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

Shift from arguing about stuff to collaborating together.
Learn ways to improve your relationships through
honest self-expression and empathic listening.

Learning a different way of communicating is powerful because language is our operating system . . change the operating system and you change the way you experience life.

Please consider joining me for this evening introduction to Compassionate Communication.

The evening presentation will be held at Middleham and St. Peter's Episcopal Church in the Parish Hall. (10210 HG Trueman RD, Lusby, MD 20657)
