MONDAY FIREHOUSE ZUMBA GT Zumba Gold-Toning is the Zumba party that you love at your own pace with a total body workout using light weights to shake up those muscles. The class will focus on muscle conditioning, balance, range of motion and coordination -all in a party atmosphere. You will be shown modifications to meet your specific needs or limitations. While this is a lower intensity workout, it will leave you high in energy. If you love to dance, this is the fitness class for you. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.
