It features over 250 new items provided by Collective Goods (books for all ages, electronics, home goods, jewelry, scarves and much, much more. Zumba Gold-Toning is the Zumba party that you love at your own pace with a low intensity total body workout using light weights to shake up those muscles. The class will focus on muscle conditioning, balance, range of motion and coordination -all in a party atmosphere. While this is a lower intensity workout, it will leave you high in energy. No fitness or dance experience necessary.
