Diana died peacefully surrounded by her beloved husband, adoring daughters, and eldest granddaughters in Nashville, Tennessee on September 17, 2021 at the age of 72.

Diana was born on October 26, 1948 to Charles Edward Watkins and Irene Mae Watkins in Meadville, PA. She graduated from Slippery Rock University and began teaching 5th grade in Waynesboro, PA. It was there that she met her husband of 46 years, Franklin Arthur Bell, Jr; they married in a gazebo on a beautiful but hot day on July 5, 1975.

Diana obtained her Masters' Degree in Counseling, and she helped countless people for over two decades through her work as a program manager and director as Psychotherapeutic Rehabilitation Services in Maryland, as a counselor for the Military and Family Life Counseling Program, and as a child and adult therapist in her own practice.

Frank and Diana welcomed three beautiful daughters to their family- Andrea Bell Baddour (Mazen), Kimberly Bell Ruffer (Eric) and Corine Bell Crowley (Kevin). Diana and Frank were then blessed with six granddaughters and a grandson. Mi Mi's tribe included: Julia Evelyn Baddour, Olivia Rose Baddour, Claudia Ann Baddour, Ashley Mae Crowley, Ava Quinn Ruffer, Vanessa Rae Crowley, and Lucas Eric Ruffer. She lived happily with her family in Dunkirk, MD for 28 years.

Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edward Watkin and Irene Mae Watkins, and by her sister Christy Elaine Watkins. She is survived by her husband Franklin Arthur Bell, Jr., her brother, Charles Edward Watkins II, her sister Linda Irene Kite, her three daughters (Andrea, Kimberly, and Corine), grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Diana's legacies included her unconditional love, playful warmth, and unwavering loyalty to her family. Her dependable humor, adventurous spirit, and colorful style always warmed and cheered those lucky enough to know her. The devotion, family vales, compassion, and integrity she instilled in her daughters and grandchildren will live on for generations to come. She will be cherished always.

Joyce F. Green, 82, of Deale, MD passed away on September 14, 2021 in Annapolis, MD. Born on September 22, 1938 in Washington, D.C. she was the daughter of the late Lillian Disney Frohlich and Elmer H. Frohlich.

Joyce grew up in Hyattsville, MD where she met and married her beloved husband Richard H. Green and had two loving sons. They lived in Hyattsville until 1980 then relocated to Deale, MD. She was a hard working woman. Joyce retired from Citizen Bank after many years of loyal service. In later years she then took care of her grandchildren that she loved so dearly. Some of her favorite things to do were to eat crabs, going to the Casino, going out on a boat, traveling and having lunch with her High School Reunion Friends. She enjoyed going to Ocean City, MD with her son Richard and daughter-in-law Deanna. She also enjoyed going to Whitestone, VA with her son Charlie, daughter-in-law Abby and her grandchildren.

Mom we love you very much, may you rest in peace.

Joyce is survived by her two sons, Richard and Charles Green. Daughters-in-law; Deanna Green and Abby Green. Grandchildren; Christopher Foster, Jacob and Charlotte Green. Brother-in-law Robert Green. Sisters-in-Law; Peggy Lowe and Nancy Frohlich. Nieces and Nephews; Bobby Green, Kimmie Phenicie, Nikki Green, Chris Lowe, Ellen Kilpatrick and Betsy Frohlich. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard H. Green and parents Lillian and Elmer Frohlich.

Alice LeRoux, passed away September 18, 2021, on her 88th birthday with her children present by her side at home in Huntingtown, MD. She was born in 1933, in Haverhill, MA to Alice and James Ryan.

She moved to Houston, TX and then to Maryland, where she resided in Riverdale, Lanham, and lastly Huntingtown.

Alice met her husband Norman LeRoux while working at American Security & Trust in Washington, DC in 1950. They married in 1952 and had eight children, Gene, Vern, Wayne, Brian, Paul, Rosemary, Stephen and Matthew.

Alice had been an active member at St. Bernard's Parish in Riverdale, MD, St. Jerome's in Hyattsville, MD and most recently Jesus the Divine Word in Huntingtown, MD. She enjoyed teaching CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine), participating in prayer groups and was a faithful Eucharistic minister.

Alice attended the Prince Georges Community College and focused on her love of photography. She appreciated art photography and capturing life's most precious moments and images on film. She won many awards for her distinctive style at the Calvert County Fair in addition to the college.

Alice devoted her life as a wife, mother and participant in the Catholic faith. Her everlasting love for family and friends was unbounded and felt by everyone who met her.

Alice is survived by her sister, Jackie Jones; brother, David Ryan; eight children; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman in 1987 and her grandson Ryan LeRoux in 2021.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Jesus the Divine Word Catholic Church, 885 Cox Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639 on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Eileen Marie Cox Mansfield of St. Leonard, MD, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 9, 2021.

Born October 11, 1936 in Easton, MD to Eleanor and Maurice Cox.

Eileen graduated from Easton High School where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Russell Filmore Mansfield, Jr. (Sonny). They celebrated 60 years of marriage on October 15, 2016. Eileen traveled extensively with Russell while he was in the Air Force. She was a home maker while her children were young and when she entered the work force she worked at Joint Base Andrews (AFB), St Petersburg Jr College and Dr Johnson PA.

She is preceded in death by her husband Russell Filmore Mansfield Jr, her parents Eleanor and Maurice Cox, her brother John (Johnny) Cox and her sister Delores Cox Anderson.

She is survived by her sister Marlene Cox Straughan (Walt) and her brother Maurice Cox (Jackie).

Beloved mother of David Mansfield (Rita), Alan Mansfield, Darryl Mansfield (Cheryl), Brian Mansfield (Debbie), and Cheryl Mansfield Buckler (Robert).

Loving grandmother "Mom-Mom" to Sarah Braddy (Curtis), Robert Ballard, Michael Ballard (Kristen), Justin Mansfield (Sherry), Kristen Mansfield, Ashley Mansfield, Steven Mansfield (Nicole), Molly Hooten (Jesse), Chris Mansfield (Grace), Josh Mansfield (Heather), Samuel & Alexander Buckler, Kimberly Emory, Michele Wills and Amy Poore (Jason).
