Ruth A. Williams was welcomed to eternal life on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Hospice House of Charles County in Waldorf, Maryland. Ruth was born in Washington, DC, February 11, 1933.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S. Williams, Sr. and brother, Elmer Anderson.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, her beloved son, Charles S. Williams Jr., daughter-in-law, Angela Williams, four grandchildren, Tearria, Charles, Taylor and Trevon, great grandson, Mason, sister, Gloria Beaufort, goddaughter, Truvella and a host of family and friends.

Viewing, 9 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2014 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Interment, Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, Maryland.
