Aubrey Bernard Jameson Jr. 74, of Bryantown died February 25, 2008 at Civista Medical Center, La Plata, MD.
Mr. Jameson was born December 7, 1933, in La Plata, MD. He was the son of the late Aubrey Bernard Sr. and Alice Irma Robey Jameson, and the beloved husband of Mary Patricia Jameson, whom he married October 20, 1956. Mr. Jameson enjoyed church activities, playing cards, gardening, eating crabs and family activities. In his lifetime he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also was a tobacco farmer and was a member of the Maryland Tobacco Growers Association. Aubrey served in the Army and was stationed in France for two years. Until the time of his illness he was employed by Keller Bus Service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey Bernard Jameson Sr. and Alice Irma Robey Jameson. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Patricia Jameson, brothers and spouses, Carl P. Jameson and wife, Wanda, Waldorf, MD, T. Allan Jameson and wife, Debra, Los Lumas, NM, and D. Eugene Jameson and wife, Sally, Waldorf, MD, plus his nieces and nephews, Richard Boone, Jr., Nathaniel Boone, Michele and Matt Buscher, Tina and Jackie Fisher, Donald Jr. and Dana Jameson, Todd and Maria Jameson, Roger Jameson, Bonnie and Bruce Johnston, Timothy Kendricks, Shelia and Roy McDonald, Tracey and Mark O'Leary and Mark O'Leary Jr. He also had several great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be Friday, February 29,2008, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD. A Memorial Mass will be Saturday, March 1, 2008, 11:30 AM, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 13715 Notre Dame Place, Bryantown, MD. The Rev. Joseph Kleinstuber will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, Bryantown, MD. Pallbearers will be nephews, Richard Boone, Jr., Matt Buscher, Donald Jameson, Jr., Todd Jameson, Bruce Johnston and Timothy Kendricks. Honorary Pallbearers are Christopher Boone, Christopher Bruce, Michael Bruce, Tim Malloy, Mark O'Leary and Richard Todd, and Mark O'Leary, Jr..
