John James Kilroy, Sr., 75 of Mechanicsville, MD, died on February 26, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown, MD

Born November 5, 1932 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Joseph B. and Agnes T. Walker Kilroy.

Mr. Kilroy served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was self employed for many years until joining Lance Food Distribution Company as a Sales representative then retiring. Mr. Kilroy enjoyed crafts, woodworking and dancing; he was active at the Northern Senior Center.

Mr. Kilroy is survived by his wife Norma Jean Kilroy, children; John Kilroy, Jr. (Susan), Joseph Kilroy (Heather), sister, Betty Bloecher (John), grandchildren; John Kilroy, III, Amber Kilroy and Heather Kilroy, great grandchildren; Gavin Kilroy, Dorian Kilroy, Daisy Kilroy and Kyra Dent.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
