John Alan Meyerson, Jr., 27, of Owings passed away June 15, 2014. He was born April 1, 1987 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis to John A. Meyerson, Sr. and Sharon Fulton.

John was raised in Owings and attended Windy Hill Elementary and Middle, and graduated from Northern High School in 2005. He was currently attending the Art Institute in Alexandria, Virginia, as a graphic and web design student. He was employed part-time at Six Flags as a lifeguard, and also worked as a waiter.

John enjoyed the outdoors, going to the beach, hiking, and cycling. He also enjoyed music, travel, and spending time with his family, friends, and classmates.

John is survived by his mother Sharon A. Fulton of Owings, father John A. Meyerson, Sr. of Glen Burnie, a sister Felicia A. Haddaway of Pasadena, and a brother Nick Meyerson of Glen Burnie.

A memorial service and celebration of John's life will be held at a later date.
