Barbara M. "Bobbie" O'Toole of Welcome, MD died on April 10, 2014 at Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, MD. She was 62 years old. She was the daughter of the late Edgar O'Neil Moose and the late Sarah Creola Sellers Moose.

Bobbie was the director of information technology for the Charles County Government for 35 years and a member of St. Ignatius Chapel Point Catholic Church in Port Tobacco, MD. She was an award-winning quilter. She loved oil painting, ceramics, doll making, gardening, and being outdoors. She was an avid animal rescuer and also enjoyed kayaking, boating, and scuba diving.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael J. O'Toole (Ret. Major Charles County Sheriff's Department); two daughters, Connie D. Ream and her husband John and Kellie M. O'Toole; three brothers, William, Joseph, and Carroll Moose; two sisters, Debra Soffos and her husband Nick and Margaret Moose; four grandchildren, Ashley, Michael, Brandon, and Bethany; and one great grandchild, Aiden.

Friends were received on Monday, April 14, 2014 from 9:30AM until time of Memorial Mass at 11:30AM at St. Ignatius Chapel Point Catholic Church, 8855 Chapel Point Road, Port Tobacco, MD 20677 with Interment at the church cemetery.
