Robert B. Good of Swan Point, MD passed away on January 24, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. He was 77 years old.

He was born November 15, 1936 in Ridge, MD. He was the son of the late Robert and Loretta Trossbach Goode. He was also preceded in death by his brothers James and Louis Goode.

Bobby married the late Diann Dolores Reklis (Sugar) on November 30, 1963. They lived in Indian Head until the time of her death in 1987.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Higgins Good; his sons, Michael Good and his wife Christina, Peter Good and his wife Annie; his daughters, Christine DiGuardo and her husband Joseph, Tracey Brakke and her husband Brian, Kelly White and her husband Steven, Megan Good, Dennis Higgins and his wife Nancy, David Higgins and his wife Cheri, and Kathi Higgins; and his sisters, Regina Monarchy and her husband John, Margaret Aud and her husband Jack, Betty Dubler, and Barbara Ann Rumpler and her husband Robert. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Bobby was a veteran of the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force, he traveled around the country as a member of the judo team. Bobby was involved in the baseball community. He played the Charles-St. Mary's League as a teen. He loved coaching and served as president of the Charles County Little League for a time.

Bobby was very active in the community. When he lived in Indian Head, he was a member of the Lion's Club. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus at Holy Ghost Church in Issue. While serving in the KOC, Bobby participated in many activities, but his favorite was his involvement in the annual Rockfish Tournament. The Sunday Morning Breakfast Club at Shymansky's on Cobb Island was always a treat.

He retired from the government after 30 years at the Naval Ordnance Station in Indian Head. After retirement, he went on to become a bus driver for Compton's Bus Service. This was his favorite job.

Friends received on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 9:30AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 12PM at Holy Ghost Catholic Church Issue, 15848 Rock Point Road, Newburg, MD 20664 with Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Glymont, MD.
