Carole Anne Bright, 67, of Charlotte Hall, MD passed away on January 21, 2014 at Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick, MD.

She was born on May 2, 1946 in Washington, DC to Sterling Bailey and Mildred V. Jones of Mechanicsville, MD.

Carole enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting, and playing the slot machines. She loved cats especially her two cats Ruby and Pearl. Carole retired from Human Resources at Calvert Memorial Hospital of 32 yrs and was a former two time winner of employee of the year.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James J. Bright of Charlotte Hall, MD; son, Willard D. Bright of Charlotte Hall, MD; daughter, Robyn L. Bright of Charlotte Hall, MD; sister, Janice Broxton of Florida; and three grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received for Carole's Memorial Life Celebration Gathering on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 3 PM to 4 PM at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. A Memorial Service will begin at 4 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
