Beverly J. Smith, 75, died December 20 at her residence in Lusby, Calvert Co. She was a resident of Lusby for 20 year and of Pasadena for 37 years. She was born July 17, 1938 in Baltimore to the late Houston and Edna Hall.

She was a member of the Hopeful bowling team on Mondays and the Highrollers on the Wednesdays team at the Lord Calvert Bowling Center. She enjoyed flower gardening and working jigsaw and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Roland A. Smith Sr., 2 sons Roland A. Smith Jr. of Laurel, De. and Gene R. Smith of Tex., a daughter Terri Lynn Siwinski of Pasadena, a brother Thomas Hall of Balt. And 4 sisters Eileen Hepner of Balt., Kathleen Peffer of Milford, De., Lynn Smith of Balt., and June Coughlin of Balt. also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call on Thursday 3-5 PM at Rausch Funeral Home, Lusby, Md. and Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, PA., 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, Md. where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. Interment at Glen Haven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
