Elizabeth Siler "Beth" Schouten of White Plains, MD died on November 26, 2013 at Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, MD. She was 57 years old.

Mrs. Schouten was a premier band musician for 30 years with the United States Air Force Band.

She is the daughter of Claude Bruce Siler and Orpha Josephine White and the wife (of 25 years) of John C. Schouten.
