Joy A. Jarman of Waldorf, Maryland passed away on November 11, 2013 at the age of 82.

Joy worked for the federal government for more than 30 years.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member with the Daughter's of the American Revolution.

Joy was preceded in death by her parents John and Gertrude Thompson, brothers Ben and Don and sister Ida.

She is survived by her four children Jerry Jarman (Renee), Judy Yuran (Bob), Ed Jarman and Patricia McGee (Tim); five grandchildren Doug, Chris, Sherry, Trish and Nick and two great-grandchildren Zachary and Jacob.

The visitation will be on Monday November 18, 2013 from 12pm to 3pm at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland. The funeral service will follow at 3pm. Burial will be private.
