James John Toth, III 40 of Indian Head, MD died November 6, 2013 in Waldorf, MD. James was born on February 25, 1973 in Washington, DC to James J. Toth, Jr. and Esther Taylor Toth.

He is also survived by his grandmother Emma Ann Toth of Waldorf, MD, aunts Susan Meredith of Gettysburg, PA, and her husband Ed, Mary Cooney of Fredericksburg, VA, and her husband Lou and Jerry Matthews of St. Mary' s and his wife Lori. He is also survived by many great Uncles and Aunts.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Charles F. Taylor, Mary Taylor Matthews and James J. Toth, Uncle Hugh Matthews, Jr. and Aunt Patricia Ann Gibson and her husband John.

James graduated from Lackey High School in 1991. He loved fishing, hunting, and racing motorcycles.

The family will receive friends on Monday November 11, 2013 from 10 am to service time at 12 Noon at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata, MD. Interment to follow at the Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, MD. Arrangements provided by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home.
