On Friday, January 25, 2008, of La Plata, MD. She is survived by her son Robert Alan Neely; daughters Pamela Sue Carpenter, Cindy Neely and Carey Bidwell; and nine grandchildren. She is predeceased by her Husband James A. Neely, parents Lloyd and Elmira Bussard; and her sister Joyce Arrowood.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 30 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 211 St. Mary's Ave. La Plata, MD. 20646, where a funeral service will held on Thursday, January 31. Interment will be held on Monday, Febuary 4, 2 pm, at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
