Know as "Bill" or "Billy" he was the first born of William L. Graff Sr. and Mary E. (Collins) Graff of Chicamuxen Md. He peacefully passed away with his children, close family friends and his wife Hazel "Cookie" Graff by his side.

He was proceeded in death by his father, mother and his younger brother George.

He leaves behind his wife, children, numerous grandchildren and seven siblings to mourn his loss.

He loved fishing and hunting from an early age.

Per his request, his ashes were spread across the ocean.
