Claude Richard Carpenter, 60 of Lusby passed away at Calvert Memorial Hospital on January 18, 2008. Claude was born in Dansville, NY on March 4, 1947 to Alene Carroll and the late Charles J. Carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Jean Carpenter; five children, Ricky Carpenter, Jenny Brewer, Penny, Jeanie, and Cindy; mother, Alene Carroll; brother, Tim Carpenter, and nineteen grandchildren.

Claude loved to play music, talking on his CB, tinkering with computers, and fishing.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at 3PM in the Rausch Funeral Home Chapel, 20 American Lane, Lusby, MD 20657 with Rev. John Williams officiating.
