Peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, Derrick Michael Bennett, Sr. more affectionately called "Midnight" transitioned to eternal life.

Holding on to loving memories of Derrick are: his loving wife, Katrina; son, Derrick Jr.; parents, Gregory Sr. and Terri Bennett; brother, Gregory Jr. (Tracy); sister, LaJuan; grandmother, Sennie Davis; mother-in-law, Kim Taylor; sister-in-law, Brittany Taylor; niece, Quinn Bennett; nephews, Vincent and Preston Simpson; aunt, Darlene Harris (Pierre); uncles, Michael Bennett, James, Gregory (Christina), Rodney and Stanley Davis and a host of cousins, relatives and devoted friends.

Viewing, 9am until time of Service, 11 am, Saturday, July 20, 2013.

Interment, Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Waldorf, Maryland.
