John Chapman Bigbee, IV was born in 1957 in Washington, DC to the late John and Donna Bigbee. He was one of their four children. John's siblings lovingly referred to Johnny as their angel.

Johnny was a kind hearted soul and was loved by all who had the privilege to meet him. Johnny worked for the ARC of Southern Maryland and Melwood. He loved to listen to the Beatles while enjoying a Coca Cola Classic.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, John Chapman Bigbee, Jr, mother, Donna Hill Bigbee and step mother, Dolores "Penny" Bigbee.

He is survived by his three siblings; Babetta (Gilbert, Sr.) Norwood, James (Sylvia) Bigbee and Kirsten (Donald) Morisi as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.
