Gary K. Gray, 61 of Hollywood, MD, died December 16, 2007 in Deltaville, VA.
Born June 15, 1946 in Washington, D.C., he spent his early years in Hyattsville, MD. He moved to St. Mary's County, MD in 1974. He received his Bachelors degree from St. Mary's College and Masters from the Naval Post Graduate School. He was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration. Always the craftsman, he enjoyed building boats, woodworking, and multiple facets of construction. He loved boating and working on his farm in Hollywood. The last several years he had been spending weekends on the Middle Peninsula of Virginia realizing his dreams.

Gary is survived by his three brothers: James of Olney, MD, Donald of Gaithersburg, MD, and Robert of Mariana, FL; ex-wife and friend Ruth of Hollywood; son Corey and wife Jessica of Toano, VA; son Scott of Charlottesville, VA; son Tim of Blacksburg, VA; and granddaughter Abigail of Toano, VA.

The memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 21st at Brinsfield Funeral Home in Leonardtown, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society by arrangement through Brinsfield Funeral Home.
