Raymond Joseph "Binky" Coontz, 20, of Lexington Park, MD died at his home after a battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, December 19, 2007.

Born on October 13, 1987 he was the son of Mark Alan Sr. and Mary Ann (Gandy) Coontz of Lexington Park, MD.

Binky is survived by his parents, a sister, Crystal Coontz of Lexington Park, MD and two brothers Bobbie Coontz of Lexington Park, MD and Mark Alan Coontz, Jr. and wife Laura of California, MD and his grandfather Robert Gandy of Lexington Park, MD. He was preceded in death by his beloved "Grammy" Katherine Gandy.

Friends will be received on Friday, December 21, 2007 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 16555 Three Notch Road, Ridge, MD from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with prayers recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday,
December 22, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the church, with the Rev. Msgr. Maurice O'Connell pastor of the church will be the
celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
