Vincent Lopez 55 of Waldorf, Md. died February 15, 2013 in Baltimore, Md.

He was born on September 27, 1957 in Kansas City, MO to Jesse J. Lopez, Jr. and Dolores Lopez.

He is also survived by his children Vincent A. Lopez, Joshua Ashton Dixon, Jacob A. Grindeland, Miguel A. Grindeland, Brothers Jesse J. Lopez, III, and Edward D. Lopez, sisters Gloria L. Cooksey, Mary H. Denton, Dolores A. Nairn and Cecelia A. Lopez. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his brother Richard Louis Lopez.

He enjoyed being spending time with his family and friends but most of all he enjoyed being at home with his sons and his dog Samson. He graduated from Lackey high school in 1975 and was a printer at the Treasure Chest in Manassas, VA.

The family will receive friends on Friday February 22, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm with prayers at 7:45pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata, Md. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday February 23, 2013 12 noon at the St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church Indian Head, Md. Interment to follow at the St. Charles Cemetery, Indian Head, Md.
