On Friday, January 11, 2013, Charles, a resident of Waldorf, MD, suddenly fell asleep in death.

Loving husband of Diane D. Proctor; devoted father of Darnell Henderson and Damon Harris; beloved son of Mary Proctor and the late Charles Proctor, Sr.; dear brother of Pamela Proctor, Angela Walls, Susan Bright and Benjamin and Joseph Proctor and the late Paul and Jeffrey Proctor. Also survived by eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2013 from 10:00 am until Service at 11:00 am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home Chapel, 2294 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD.

Interment will be private.
