Dorothy "Darlene" Sheaff of Waldorf, Maryland passed away on January 4, 2013 at the age of 90.

Darlene enjoyed reading to her great-grandchildren and traveling. She loved to go shopping and in fact Darlene was known to "shop until she dropped".

Darlene was preceded in death by her mother and father Harold and Madge Roberts, husband Keith Sheaff, sister Irene Burns and son-in-law Paul Cox.

She is survived by her brother Woodford Roberts, sister Rudene Kyle, son Randall Sheaff, daughter Tamara D. Cox, six grandchildren; Travis McDermott and wife Tracie McDermott, Troy McDermott and wife Holly McDermott, Conner Sheaff, Kelly Sheaff, Teena Holt, and Cathryn Cox. Darlene had seven great-grandchildren; Dominique, Andrew, Mya, Travis Jr., Tyler, Tristyn, and Amberly.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Huntt Funeral Home, 3035 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland. The Funeral Service will be at 12:00pm on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland. Burial will be held at Maryland Veterans' Cemetery Cheltenham, Maryland privately at a later date.
