Donald James Busch of Waldorf, MD died on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. He was 53 years old.

Mr. Busch was an emergency dispatcher for 21 years with the Prince George's County Communications Division. He was a very strong member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Waldorf, MD with studies in faith and the bible, also very involved in the church choir and church activities. He was very musical and played the piano and was a vocalist. He had a strong interest in geneology and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Son of the late William Busch and the living Barbara Verrill Busch.

Predeceased by his father Survived by his mother; his wife of 22 years, Ann Lydia Busch; one son, Kevin T. (Rachel Novak, companion) Busch of Baltimore, MD; two daughters, Julie E. (John) Giese of Baltimore, MD and Alina L. Busch of Waldorf, MD; one brother, Daniel (Kimberly) Busch of Waldorf, MD; one sister, Debbie (David) Shupe of Chesapeake Beach, MD; and one granddaughter, Audrey Giese. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Gathering: November 23, 2012 from 1PM until time of Memorial Service at 2PM at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church (305 East Smallwood Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602). Clergy: Rev. Laurie Gates-Ward. Interment: Private.
