Mrs. Kramer was a legal secretary for the Securities and Exchange Commission with the federal government. Following her retirement from the government, she was the owner and operator of The Country Café in White Plains, MD. She loved cooking, fishing, going to the beach, and especially being with grandchildren and family.
She is the Daughter of the late Loren Chester Moore and the late Gertrude Lee Gray Moore. She is predeceased by her parents and her late husband, Jack S. Kramer. She is survived by two daughters, Jackie (Chris) Russell of Waldorf, MD and Debbie (Jimmy) Oliver of Waldorf, MD; one sister, Patty (Jim) Landry of Accokeek, MD; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Annabel, Jamie, Spencer, and Michael; one great- grandchild, Bella; two nieces, Christine and Crystal; two grand- nephews, Dylan and Bentley; and one grand-niece, Mikayla. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 10AM until time of Funeral Service at 12PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646). Clergy will be Rev. Mark Roberson. Interment will be held at Epiphany Episcopal Church Cemetery (3111 Ritchie Road, Forestville, MD).
