Lynwood Lee Roles of Waldorf, MD died on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Genesis La Plata Center in La Plata, MD. He was 74 years old.

Mr. Roles was a supervisor for 25 years with Prince George's County Parks and Planning. Prior to his work with Prince George's County, he was a long-time employee of St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, DC. He was a member of the Hunt Club in St. Mary's County and loved fishing and most of all being with his friends.

Son of the late Harvey Roles and the late Thelria Shackelford Roles. Predeceased by his parents; his late wife Lucy "LuLu" Roles; and two late brothers, Vernon and Robert Roles.

Survived by his beloved companion, Ellen Harris of Waldorf, MD; one brother, Buddy Roles of FL; and two nephews, Cecil and Robert Roles.

Memorial Service: Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 12PM at Forest Park Baptist Church (12995 Church Road, Waldorf, MD 20601). Clergy: Rev. Neil Grobler. Interment: Private.
