Philip W. Spalding, 87, of La Plata passed away at Civista Medical Center on Oct. 13, 2007. He is preceded in death his parents Loius J. Spalding and Anna C. Spalding and one sister Elizabeth "Betty" Spalding. He is survived by one brother James L. Spalding and many other relatives.
