Claude M. Morries of Waldorf, Maryland, died on July 18, 2012 at Capital Caring in Arlington, Virginia. She was 76 years old. Born on May 24, 1936 in France, she was the daughter of the late Edmee E. Jounnet and the late Jacques L. Charrault.

Mrs. Morries retired as a bank teller with B B & T bank. She was active with Post Cana and the Arts and Antiques Club. She enjoyed gardening and was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer L. Morries and her brother Roger Charrault.

She is survived by her sons Walter L. Morries and his wife Lorraine and Richard L. Morries; her daughter Nancy E. Siegel and her husband Roger A. Siegel; her grandchild Destin L. Licence; her great grandchild Abigail Licence.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 10AM until 12Noon at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646 where Funeral Services will begin at 12Noon. Interment to follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD. Pallbearers are Richard Morries, Walt Morries, Roger Siegel, Bryan Siegel, Nicholas Siegel.
