On August 5, 2007. Beloved husband of Helen Ryan; loving father of John T., III and James Michael Ryan; devoted grandfather of Rhiannon Ryan. Mr. Ryan received the Purple Heart while serving with the 83rd Infantry Division, U.S. Army in WWII. Friends may call at the LEE FUNERAL HOME, INC., Branch Ave. and Coventry Way, Clinton, MD, on Friday, August 10 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Services and interment will be on Wednesday, August 22, 2 p.m. in Arlington National Cemetery with Military Honors.
