Of Dunkirk, Maryland. Dolly was born in Washington, DC on January 7, 1937 to Robert and Mary Frances Marks. She passed away on June 18, 2012 at the age of 75.

She is the beloved wife of Dan Balkenbush.

Mrs. Balkenbush was a history enthusiast and enjoyed researching her genealogy in her free time. In her searches she discovered several connections and became a member of The Daughters of The American Revolution.

Friends will be received at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, P.A., 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736 on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM. Interment following in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
