Mrs. Langley was a bookkeeper for 30 plus years with Taylor Electric and Mitchell Supply, Inc. in La Plata, MD where she worked until she was 82 years old and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Plata, MD.

She loved traveling with her mother and her brother Jim, she enjoyed gardening, reading, and movies. In her earlier years, she was a Girl Scout Leader and a member of the Catholic Daughters. She most enjoyed being with family and friends.

Predeceased by her parents; her late husband Norbert Leroy Langley; one late daughter, Deborah A. Raley; three late brothers, Melvin Kersey, Sr., James T. Kersey, Sr., and Harry Kersey; and one late sister, Estelle Hilderbrand.

Survived by one son, Donald E. (Julie) Langley of Charlotte Hall, MD; five grandchildren: Laura Anthonson, Carrie Raley, Erin Lundberg, Anna Newton, and Brian Raley; and three great- grandchildren: Samantha Raley, Elizabeth Lundberg, and Nathaniel Anthonson. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation: Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 9AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, La Plata, MD. Clergy: Msgr. Oliver McGready. Interment: Church Cemetery.
