Wendy Gaynelle Myers of Waldorf, MD died on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 46 years old.

Wendy was a disabled recipient at the Spring Dell Center in La Plata, MD since 1984 after she graduated from La Plata High School. While with Spring Dell Center, she worked at Hooks and Hangers in Charlotte Hall, MD. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of St. Charles in Waldorf, MD. She was a loyal Redskins fan.

She enjoyed listening to christian and country music and writing. She participated in dance class, softball, swimming, and playing dominoes with her dad. Wendy loved animals and enjoyed going to Renee's house to play with the donkeys and the animals. She also loved going to Patsy's house playing with her dogs.

Daughter of the living William May Myers, Jr., and Marjorie Lee Miller Myers.

Survived by her parents; her sisters, Vicky (John) Silke, Jody (John) Bradford; nieces, Autumn and Angela Silke, Kara, Krissy, and Emily Bradford; and her wonderful Spring Dell family.

Visitation: Friday, April 27, 2012 from 2PM until Memorial Service time at 4PM at First Baptist Church of St. Charles, 136 Stoddert Avenue, Waldorf, MD 20602. Clergy: Rev. Fred Caudle. Interment: By family at a later date.
