Bowman, Robin Lynn Proctor (Age 27) of Lexington Park, Maryland.

Robin Lynn (Proctor) Bowman was born to John (Robey) Proctor and Juanita Thompson on April 1, 1985 in La Plata, Maryland. She unexpectedly departed this life on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, Maryland.

Robin grew up in Charles County, Maryland where she attended school and graduated from Henry E. Lackey High School in 2003. She married her husband, Maurice Bowman, Sr., August 1, 2008. From that union two loving children, Miranda and Maurice, Jr. were born.

Robin was a homemaker raising five children, Miranda, Maurice, Jr., Angelique, Demonie and Ashanti. She was more than happy to raise the children and did it with all of the love she had in her.

Robin spent her time with family and friends. She always had a smile and a kind word.

Just eight short months ago, Robin was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Annette Proctor Brooks.

She is survived by her husband, Maurice Bowman, Sr.; children, Miranda and Maurice, Jr.; parents, John (Robey) Proctor and Juanita Thompson; three sisters, Pamela Key, Shirley Thompson and Queen Champion; ten nieces, five nephews, three brothers-in-law, Michael Key, Sr., William Bowman, Jr. and George Brooks; two sisters-in-law, Sheila Bowman and Toni Holley. Robin also leaves behind a great nephew and great niece and a host of aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Viewing, 10am until time of Service, 11am on Saturday, April 14, 2012 in the Chapel at Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland. Final Disposition will be Private.
