Elizabeth Collins was a resident of Charles County for 13 years, having previously lived in Prince George's County. A member of Bethel Baptist Church, she enjoyed reading, playing bingo, solving puzzles, and socializing with others.

She is the daughter of the late Raymond Munoz and the late Margaret Brock Etter and is predeceased by her husband.

Elizabeth is survived by her son, Michael Collins of Upper Marlboro, MD; one daughter, Sandra (Hank) Blizzard of La Plata, MD; two brothers, Raymond Munoz, Jr. Of El Paso, TX, and Richard Etter of Leesburg, VA; two sisters, Margaret Stewart of Annandale, VA, and Sharon Etter of Falls Church, VA; three grandchildren, Robert Blizzard, Michael Collins, Jr., and Nicola Collins; also three great- grandchildren.

Her visitation will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 9:30- 11AM with a Service at 11AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Ave., La Plata, MD 20646). Rev. William Sutton will be the clergy and serving pallbearers will be Michael Collins, Henry Blizzard, Robert Blizzard, Kenneth Fowler, and Dale Fowler. Her internment will immediately follow the service on Friday, March 30, 2012 at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
