Richard (Ricky)Wayne Insley, formerly from Hollywood, Maryland was born November 3, 1953. He passed away at Haven Hospice in Florida March 8, 2012. He was the son of John L. "Buddy" and Mary Ann Insley.

He is survived by his siblings, Mike Insley, Sheila Barber, Chris Insley, Terri Insley, Tracey Russell and Kim Lowthert. He had a laugh that would fill a room and a love for life that would fill the moon.

A private service will be held at Holy Face Church in Maryland and a "Celebration of Life" tribute will be at his home in Florida.
