John "Larry" Cusic of White Plains, MD died on November 11, 2011 at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. He was 68 years old.

Larry was a retired Steam Fitter/Plumber with GSA/U.S. Government with 25 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working in his garage on his two 1959 Chevy cars, going to yard sales, golf, bowling, and especially Wii bowling. He loved children and loved entertaining them with his magic and games. He was very involved with his church at Open Gate Ministries in Waldorf and loved his church family.

Son of the late George S. Cusic and the late Agnes Beatrice Wood.

Predeceased by his parents; one sister, Janice A. Williams; and two brothers, George S. and William R. Cusic.

Survived by his childhood sweetheart and wife of 47 years, Sharon Cusic; sister Betty J. Weddle and her husband Carl of Odenton, MD; brother James Buckler and his wife Eleanor of Mechanicsville, MD; brother Joseph M. Cusic and his wife Peggy of Cleveland, MO; sister Diane M. Hall and her husband Tommy of Compton, MD; sister Brenda S. Archer and her husband Donny of Suitland, Md; sister-in-law Judith A. Wright and her husband Ron of King George, VA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation: Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD. Funeral Service: Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel. Clergy: Rev. Kris Syvertsen Interment: At a later date.
