Thomas E. Allen, 77, of Waldorf passed away at home on November 5, 2011.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Ernest I. Allen and Winifred Ools Allen.

He is survived by his wife; Phyllis E. Johnson Allen. Daughters; Karen Grace (Tom), Belinda Allen, and Cheryl Allen. Brother-in-law; Carroll F. Johnson, and Sister-in-law; Peggy A. Stephens, also by 2 grandchildren.

Thomas enjoyed photography, and was a member of the National Association of Sheriffs, as well a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employee's Association. He had served 2 tours in the U.S. Navy. He retired from the U.S. Department of Navy as a training administrator.

Interment will be private.
