Ms. Kelley was a graduate of Lackey High School in Charles County, MD. She was an Insurance Agent for 10 years at Monumental Life Insurance Company in Waldorf, MD and was an avid animal lover.

Daughter of the late Ernest Ward Kidwell and the late Una Dell Spencer Kidwell.

Predeceased by her parents and her loving daughter, Stephanie Groth.

Survived by her sister, Linda Slattery and her husband John of La Plata, MD and two brothers, Herbert Kidwell and his wife Sue of FL and Ernest Kidwell of NC. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation: Monday, October 24, 2011 from 11AM until time of service at 1PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment: Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD. Pallbearers: David Robertson, Mac Bowie, Bobby Coates, Donald Kidwell, and Billy Hardy.
