Paul Bernard Stallman, 81 of Mechanicsville, MD died August 11, 2011 in Leonardtown, MD. Born July 11, 1930 in California, MD he was the son of the late Joseph B. and Mary E. Williams Stallman.

Mr. Stallman is survived by his companion Mary C. Stasch, one daughter, Robin Flesher (Mark) of Mechanicsville, MD, two grandchildren, Tammy Bassford and Robert Bassford, and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents Mr. Stallman was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Stallman.

Mr. Stallman was a Farmer. He enjoyed hanging out with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and farming.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 2:00 PM- 5:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD where prayers will be recited at 3:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Mechanicsville, MD with Father Keith Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Face Catholic Cemetery, Great Mills, MD. Pallbearers will be: Paul Williams, Dennis Phipps, David Willett, Joey Garner, JC Leavy, Josh Leavy, Nathaniel Campbell, Joseph Stone, and Kirk MacKenzie.
