Patsy Kimie Neal, 80, of California, MD, died on August 6, 2011 in Washington, DC. Born on July 25, 1931 in Maui, HI, she was the daughter of the late Toemon Okada and Shigeyo Okada.

Ms. Neal is survived by her children; Pamela Katafiaz of California, MD, Carol Neal of Pahrump, NV, and her only granddaughter Dana Katafiaz of California, MD. Mrs. Neal is also survived by her siblings; Peggy Moriwaki of Pearl City, HI, Mitsuko Kurisa, and Fumiko Watanabe both of Honolulu, HI.

Ms. Neal is preceded in death by her siblings; Masaichi Okada and Violet Uno.

Ms. Neal was a custodial worker at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD. She retired in December of 2010.
